Meet Ceci

Ceci Jeffries is an entrepreneur, marketing strategist, and women’s business mentor dedicated to helping women grow their passion or lived experience into powerful, profitable online platforms.

With over 20 years in marketing - including 12 years working in leading advertising agencies across Sydney and London - Ceci built her career shaping brands, leading campaigns, and understanding what truly moves people. Her expertise spans brand strategy, digital growth, positioning, and audience psychology - skills she would later use to build her own globally recognised platform.

In 2014, following her own deeply personal fertility journey, Ceci founded Fertility Collective - a digital platform created to empower individuals to take control of their fertility. What began as a personal mission quickly evolved into a global community of over 100,000 people, reaching thousands of members worldwide and earning international recognition, including Best Fertility Advocate globally and a shortlist for Best Fertility Social Media Channel globally.

Through Fertility Collective, Ceci became known not only as an advocate, but as a strategic community builder — someone who understands how to transform lived experience into impact at scale.

Today, Ceci is the founder of Femme Collective, where she mentors women to build aligned, sustainable, and profitable online businesses. Drawing on both her corporate marketing background and her firsthand experience building global digital platforms, she supports women to clarify their vision, position themselves with confidence, and grow audiences that convert.

Ceci believes that passion is not random - and that the ideas women feel called to pursue often hold the blueprint for meaningful, successful businesses. Her approach blends strategic marketing expertise with empathy, clarity, and accountability - helping women build businesses that support both their income and their lives.
